Nilai Multikultural Dalam Paradigma Baru Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Radiakalisme di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah

Abstract
The rise of understanding of radicalism, especially in the tertiary environment, indicates that the conditions in that environment are not doing well, the biggest factor is the increasing understanding of radicalism because of someone's mistake when he understands religion. Muhammadiyah, which is an Islamic organization that is concerned with education, has a step to ensure that students stay on the "track" when they have a religion, namely by having Al- Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan learning which has the aim of renewing thoughts, completing recreation starting from a religious point of view, philosophical, big, strategic, and schooling. This research is classified as a qualitative research that uses a type of library research (literature study) with documentation data collection. The purpose of this research is to describe the understanding of radicalism and multicultural values in the new paradigm of Al Islam and Muhammadiyah. The results of this research are radicalism which requires the presence of change, substitution, and breakdown of the social framework to the root and there are four values of multiculturalism in the new AIK paradigm, such as: theoanthropocentrism perspective, understanding instructions (nash) intelligently, critically and contextually, human beings. as caliph and Abdullah and the ascetic (ascetic) perspective of life.The rampant spread of radicalism within university environments indicates a situation of instability. One of the main causes behind this increasing radicalism is errors in the interpretation of religion. This approach aims at renewing thinking, enriching understanding from religious, philosophical, strategic, and educational perspectives. This research is a qualitative study using a literature review method with data collected from documentation. The aim of this study is to describe the understanding of radicalism and multicultural values within the new paradigm of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The results show that radicalism is an understanding that requires changes, substitutions, and solutions to social frameworks at their roots. The new paradigm of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan embraces four multicultural values: teoantropocentrism perspective, intelligent, critical, and contextual understanding of religious guidance (nash), views on humans as khalifah and Abdullah, and a perspective of ascetic life.
