Deteksi Penipuan Digital pada Layanan Pinjaman Online Berbasis Machine Ethics
Keywords:
FinTech, Digital Fraud, Machine Ethics, Anomaly DetectionAbstract
Financial Technology (FinTech) has become one of the most widely utilized digital financial services to meet public financial needs. However, the increasing use of these services has also given rise to various issues, including repayment difficulties, unethical debt collection practices, threats against borrowers, and a growing number of digital fraud cases involving identity misuse and data manipulation. This study seeks to develop a framework capable of accurately identifying potential digital fraud while simultaneously applying ethical principles throughout the analytical process. The research utilizes public experiences as the primary data source and examines the performance of FinTech services in relation to system security and user behavior. The findings form the basis for developing a Machine Ethics–Based Digital Fraud Detection Framework for Online Lending Services, which emphasizes the importance of transparency, fairness, accountability, and data protection in the detection process. This framework is expected to enhance user trust and support the development of safer and more responsible online lending services.
