This study aims to explain nursing care for Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients in the Faisah room of Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati General Hospital Banda Aceh. In this case, there was 1 respondent who was assessed and evaluated for 4 days starting from 28-07-2025-31-07-2025 to the patient. The results of the case study found three nursing diagnoses, namely unstable blood glucose levels, impaired skin integrity and acute pain. Nursing actions carried out for the patient were hyperglycemia management, wound care and pain management. The results of the intervention that has been carried out for the patient's blood glucose levels have begun to improve, skin integrity disorders have begun to show changes in wounds by treating wounds on the patient's feet, then the patient's pain has also begun to decrease where the blood sugar levels are within normal limits and the wounds have begun to improve so that the pain scale has also decreased. The conclusion in this case cannot be completely repaired with the patient's extensive and deep gangrene wound conditions but for the patient's blood glucose levels and acute pain have been resolved although monitoring is still needed so that blood glucose is within normal limits. Suggestions from this case for further research should be to update scientific and technological insights in the firld of nursing care.
