Vertigo is a disorder of balance in response to gravity, characterized by dizziness and a feeling of floating. Vertigo is usually accompanied by nausea and loss of balance, lasting only a few moments or even hours or even days. Vertigo can be treated with brandt daroff exercises, which aim to adapt patients to the balance disorder, increase blood flow to the brain, improve balance function, and maximize sensory function. Nurses can assist patients with vertigo by providing brandt daroff exercises to improve balance, enabling patients to perform daily activities more effectively. The objective of this research is to analysis the effect of brandt daroff exercise on the balance of vertigo patients in the Mina Room at dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh. Research belong to quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest and posttest approach design. It took place on October 01-08, 2025. The population is all patients vertigo totaling 43 people with a sampling was method by total sampling. Data collection used observation sheets and questionnaires. The method of data analysis by univariate and bivariate and statistical testing used the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. There relationship effect of brandt daroff exercise on the balance of vertigo patients.
