This case study aims to explain nursing care in patients with Steven-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) in Afarah 1 Hospital Zainoel Abidin Hospital of Aceh Government. This case study design is a case study with a nursing process approach, the results of case studies found three nursing diagnoses, namely skin integrity disorders, ineffective breathing patterns, acute pain and risk of infection. The nursing actions given are skin care, extensive monitoring and rash colors on peeling skin, monitoring of breathing patterns, pain scale, monitoring of laboratory results, collaboration of drug administration according to indications, especially salap (gentamicin), using aseptic techniques and wound care. The evaluation results have not been able to improve the patient's condition marked by a rash on the patient's skin drying but peeled off until the rash was bleeding due to friction or pressure on the skin, pain was still felt by the patient, the breathing pattern was in the improvement stage. Recommendation of the next nursing actions in handling disorders of skin intergeus and acute pain is the collaboration of advanced drug administration in the form of monitoring drug therapy, wound care and continuing to use aseptic techniques.
