Strategi Untuk Mengurangi Gejala Kecemasan: Pendekatan Integratif Dalam Kesehatan Mental

This study aims to examine strategies for reducing anxiety symptoms using a holistic approach in mental health. Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders and can significantly impact an individual's quality of life. This research identifies various key strategies within a holistic approach, which includes psychological, physical, and emotional aspects, to effectively manage anxiety. The holistic approach employed in this study involves a combination of techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation exercises, mindfulness, gratitude, and physical activities aimed at balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study concludes that a holistic approach can reduce anxiety symptoms by enhancing an individual's mental well-being and preventing the occurrence of anxiety disorders in the future. Early intervention is crucial, particularly for individuals with high-risk factors. This study also emphasizes the importance of talking about feelings and seeking emotional support to reduce the isolation often associated with anxiety. The implementation of an approach that encompasses various aspects of an individual's life is essential for the prevention and sustainable management of anxiety.
