Abstract

The existence of the Halodoc application is part of the health technology revolution that is developing in Indonesia. The use of this technology not only includes medical aspects, but also innovation in providing easier and more affordable health services for the community. Studying the perceptions, needs, and challenges society faces regarding health technologies will provide a deeper understanding of how to increase the adoption and utilization of these applications, and pave the way for improved policies and approaches to health service delivery. This research is a literature study that summarizes several accredited journal articles from 2022-2024 that are relevant to the title. In searching for journals, researchers used the Boolean operator AND, the keywords used by researchers to search for literature were: telemedicine AND the Halodoc application AND quality of health services. The articles used in this research are full text journals. Search for literature used in research using Google Scholar. The articles in the research totaled 6 journals which discussed the use of the Halodoc application on the quality of health services in Indonesia. The results showed that there was an influence of the Halodoc application features on the quality of health services for the community.
